Bharat bandh called by opposition have affected all parts of the country. Among the major cities, Mumbai and Delhi are affected worst. Many flights, trains and vehicles have stopped and cancelled in more than 10 states of India. To ensure Bandh is a big success almost 10 express and mail trains has been blocked. In West Bengal private airlines has cancelled or postponed all flights till 6 PM. Only Air India flights operated out in kolkata Netaji Subhash chandra Airport. Rail and road services have also been seriously affected. Except Durgapur, where election has been scheduled for today, all West Bengal has come to a standstill. In maharashtra almost 10k people has been detained who were causing troubles in smooth running of city. But in manyy areas, bank are opened and seems less affected against the Bharat bandh called by opposition party against price hike in fuel.
